PUDUCHERRY PLANNING AUTHORITY, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: The Government of Puducherry has approved the change of land use in respect of the below mentioned lands in the Puducherry Planning Area, Puducherry, from the present land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry Planning Area – 2036 to various uses vide G.O. Ms. No. 2/2024-Hg., dated 15-03-2024 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Government of Puducherry.

PUDUCHERRY PLANNING AUTHORITY, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: The Government of Puducherry has approved the change of land use in respect of the below mentioned lands in the Puducherry Planning Area, Puducherry, from the present land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry Planning Area – 2036 to various uses vide G.O. Ms. No. 21/2024-Hg., dated 12-09-2024 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Government of Puducherry.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT (WAYS AND MEANS): NOTIFICATION: The Lieutenant-Governor as Administrator of the Union territory of Puducherry, hereby notifies the the re-issue of 7.25% Puducherry SDL 2032 issued on January 25, 2017 for an aggregate amount of ` 100 crore (Rupees one hundred crore only) [Nominal]. The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called Specific Notification), as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification in G.O. Ms. No. 1/FD(W&M)/2008, dated January 8, 2008 of the Finance Department (Ways and Means) of the Government of Puducherry.

PUDUCHERRY PLANNING AUTHORITY, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: Puducherry Planning Authority has received requests for change of land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry Planning Area-2036 in respect of certain lands (as listed below). The requests have been recommended by the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Board in its 69th meeting and concurred to call for objections/suggestions from the public regarding the following proposed land use changes.

DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT (SURVEY): NOTIFICATION: Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby orders the survey of lands by adopting modern survey technology using Drone Flying Method, Electronic Total Station (ETS), Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) and various other modern techniques under the provisions of the said Act for all the Villages in the Union territory of Puducherry.

COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT: NOTIFICATION: Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following Amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry.

HOME DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION: The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to notify that with effect from 16-08-2024, the officer in charge of a Police Station shall, on receipt of every information relating to the Commission of an offence which is made punishable for seven years or more, cause the Forensic Expert to visit the crime scene to collect forensic evidence in the offence and also cause videography of the process on designated mobile phone/tablet or other electronic device provided.
