PUDUCHERRY PLANNING AUTHORITY, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: The Government of Puducherry has approved the change of land use in respect of the below mentioned lands in the Puducherry Planning Area, Puducherry, from the present land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry Planning Area – 2036 to various uses, vide G.O. CHIEF SECRETARIAT (HEALTH): ORDER: Consequent on the proceedings passed on 18-07-2024 by the Hon’ble Mrs. Justice S. Kannammal, Judge (Retd.) High Court of Judicature at Madras,
Chairman Fee Committee, Puducherry, towards revision of fees for the PG Medical (Clinical and Non-clinical)/PG Dental - (Clinical and Paraclinical)/UG MBBS/UG Dental/B.Sc. (Nursing) in un-aided Private Self-Financing Medical/Dental/ Paramedical Colleges in the Union territory of Puducherry, the permissible fee fixed for the years 2024-25 and 2025-26.

LAW DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION: Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby fixes the number of District Munsif Court at Puducherry Region in Puducherry District as five, with effect from the date the District Munsif, Puducherry, assumes charge of the said Court.
