CHIEF SECRETARIAT (HEALTH): NOTIFICATION: The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to rename the “Directorate of Indian system of Medicine and Homeopathy” as “Directorate of AYUSH” with immediate effect, with a view to convey the available traditional system of medical services in the name of the Directorate itself, i.e., Ayurveda (A), Yoga (Y), Unani (U), Siddha (S) and Homeopathy (H).
