YANAM PLANNING AUTHORITY: NOTIFICATION: In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 53 and 54 of the Pondicherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 (Act No. 13 of 1970) and its Amendment Act, 2022 and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Yanam Planning Authority in its meeting held on 27-05-2026 and decided to collect ‘Development Charges for Land and Buildings’ for all the category of buildings being permitted in the whole Yanam Planning Area at the following rates with immediate effect and are published hereunder as per the rule 82 of the Pondicherry Town and Country Planning Rules, 1974.
