DISTRICT MAGISTRATE AT PUDUCHERRY: ORDER: In order to ensure free, fair, peaceful conduct of elections and strict compliance/adherence to the instructions and rules laid down by the Election Commission of India and in exercise of the power conferred upon under section 163 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, I, Kulothungan. A, I.A.S., District Magistrate, Puducherry District, do hereby promulgate prohibitory order banning the following activities from 6.00 p.m. of 07-04-2026 till 6.00 a.m. of 10-04-2026 in Puducherry District.
