DEPUTY COLLECTOR (REVENUE) SOUTH, VILLIANUR: ORDER: Land Reforms proceedings was initiated to acquire surplus land holdings situated at Kodathur, Kakilapet, Suthukeny, Thethampakkam and Manamedu Revenue Villages in Villianur and Bahour Taluks in respect of the assessee Thiru Manickavasaga Reddiar, son of Sangara Reddiar under the Pondicherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973.

PUDUCHERRY PLANNING AUTHORITY, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: As per the provisions contained in the G.O. Ms. No. 11/2022-Hg., Puducherry, dated 15-12-2022 for change of Land Use, the Puducherry Planning Authority has received requests for change of land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry Planning Area - 2036 in respect of certain lands. The requests have been recommended by the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Board.

LAW DEPARTMENT: ORDER: The proposal for creation of two posts of whole-time Secretaries for the District Legal Services Authority, one for the Puducherry District and the other for the Karaikal District, alongwith the supporting ministerial/clerical staff in the Union territory of Puducherry, has been initiated in compliance with the resolutions and directions of the National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi.
