PUDUCHERRY PLANNING AUTHORITY, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: Puducherry Planning Authority has received requests for change of land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Puducherry Planning Area - 2036 in respect of certain lands (as listed below). The requests have been recommended by the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Board and concurred to call for objections/suggestions from the public regarding the following proposed land use changes.

DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: Government is of the opinion that an extent of 03.98.32 H.A.C lands at 37 - Vanjoor Revenue Village in the Karaikal District are required for public purpose, namely, “Formation of Pipeline corridor at Vanjoor Revenue Village for setting up of 9 MMTPA (Million Metric Tonnes Per Annum) New Refinery Unit at Panankudy by Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), Nagapattinam.
