SOCIAL WELFARE SECRETARIAT: NOTIFICATION: Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to make the following Amendment to the Scheme “Puducherry Grant-in-aid Rules for Non-Governmental Organisations Running Residential Homes for the Welfare of Children in need of Care and Protection, Aged Persons, Disabled and Vulnerable Persons”.

CHIEF SECRETARIAT (AGRICULTURE): NOTIFICATION: The Hon’ble Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to approve the following Amendment to the G.O. Ms. No. 2/Ag., dated 11-04-2018 of the Chief Secretariat (Agriculture) for implementation of the Scheme for “Development, Harvesting, Recharging and Conservation of Ground Water”.

DIRECTORATE OF INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE: NOTIFICATION: Industries in the Union territory of Puducherry. In the policy 100% stamp duty exemption for purchase / lease mortgage and hypothecation of land / shed / building to the new / existing industries is one of the incentives provided.

LABOUR DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION: Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to notify the ‘Third Party Certification Scheme, 2025, under the Puducherry Shops and Establishments Act, 1964’.

LABOUR DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION: Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, hereby exempts all Shops and Establishments employing 50 or more persons, from the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 10 and sub-section (1) of section 16 of the said Act, and permits the Shops and Establishments to be open for 24x7 hours on all the days of the year, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification.
