CHIEF SECRETARIAT (HEALTH): NOTIFICATION:The Government of Puducherry is hereby informed that all Health Institutions which are providing services of CT/MRI/B Scan (Ophthalmology) are to be registered under section 18 of the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Technique (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (hereinafter called as Act).

DIRECTORATE OF SCHOOL EDUCATION: ORDER:Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is hereby accorded for transfer of the said land belonging to the Directorate of School Education to the Public Works Department (National Highways), Puducherry, on ‘no profit no loss’ basis for widening the western side of the East Coast Road.
