HOME DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION: Government of Puducherry appointed the Officer on Special Duty/Director and Senior Analyst (Senior Scientist) as Chemical Examiner and Assistant Chemical Examiner, respectively for the purpose of section 293 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) for the Government of Puducherry.

DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, PUDUCHERRY: ORDER: District Collector of Puducherry District in the capacity of District Magistrate, hereby direct under section 133 of the Cr.P.C., all the Medical/Pharmacy/Chemist shops of drugs owners selling scheduled H, H1 and X drugs as per rule 65(3) the of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, in this District to install CCTV cameras outside and inside of their shops within one month.
