HOME DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION: Puducherry Prevention of Anti-social Activities Act, 2008 (Act No. 10 of 2010),the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, it is necessary so to do hereby directs the District Magistrate, Puducherry and Karaikal, shall also exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, in respect of their jurisdiction for a further period of six months from 14-03-2022.
