COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION: Puducherry Goods and Services Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.

THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE AT PUDUCHERRY: ORDER: section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, do hereby prohibit the assembly of five or more persons in public streets or thoroughfares or in public places with effect from 04-05-2020 till midnight of 17-05-2020.
