COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT: NOTIFICATION: Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the further amendments in the notification
of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 1/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017.

COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT: NOTIFICATION: Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the
Council, hereby notifies the persons who are foreign company which is an airlines company covered under the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 381 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) shall follow the special procedure.

DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT: ORDER: Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013), the approval of the Government of Union territory of Puducherry is hereby accorded to levy the administrative costs at a uniform rate of 2.5% in this Union territory of Puducherry, for the purpose of building, maintenance, management and operation of the National Highways under the National Highways Act, 1956.
