DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS (PERSONNEL WING): NOTIFICATION : The Government of Puducherry provides a 5% horizontal reservation for Meritorious Sports Persons (MSP) in direct recruitment to Group ‘C’ posts under various Government Departments, in accordance with the instructions of the Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

LABOUR DEPARTMENT: NOTIFICATION : Whereas, consequent to the enactment of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (Central Act No. 37 of 2020), the Draft Puducherry Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2022 was published in the Gazette of Puducherry vide G.O. Ms. No. 09/AIL/Lab./G/2022, dated 2nd August 2022 (Preliminary Notification) inviting objections and suggestions as required under sections 133 and 135 of the said Code. However, the Final Notification has not been published.

Ms. No. 10/2001-Wel(SCW), dated 19-10-2001 of the Chief Secretariat (Welfare), Puducherry.
