PONDICHERRY MUNICIPALITY, PUDUCHERRY: NOTIFICATION: Draft Bye-Laws for regulation over the Outdoor Media Devices such as hoardings, banners, wall paintings, etc., to safeguard the public within the jurisdiction of Pondicherry Municipality is hereby notified in exercise of the powers conferred by section 443 of the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973 (No. 9 of 1973).

CHIEF SECRETARIAT (FISHERIES): NOTIFICATION: Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is hereby conveyed for the modalities to be followed for making payment of compensation to the affected fishermen of Yanam region towards loss of livelihood due to the laying of 20" gas export pipeline from offshore platform to onshore plant at Mallavaram Village in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
